No fine-print games — here's how staying with us works, in plain language.
How booking works
We keep booking personal. You send a request with your preferred home, room and dates through our website or on WhatsApp, and a host confirms it directly — usually within a few hours. There is no online payment at the request stage; we settle payment with you once your dates are confirmed.
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If your travel runs early or late, message us before you arrive and we'll do our best to hold the room or store your bags. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Cancellation
Plans change, and mountain travel especially so. Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or move your dates, and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking for your dates and season.
Payments
Payment is arranged directly with us once your booking is confirmed. We'll tell you the accepted methods for your stay when we confirm.
Pets
Both homes are pet-friendly. Please mention your pet when you request dates so we can place you in the most suitable room.
Identification
As required for stays in India, all guests aged 18 and above should carry a valid government photo ID for check-in.
