01 By overnight Volvo from Delhi
≈ 12–14 hoursThe most popular way. AC Volvo coaches leave Delhi (Kashmere Gate / Majnu ka Tila) in the evening and reach Manali by morning. We can book your seats and arrange a short pickup from the Manali bus stand to whichever home you're staying at.
02 By road via Chandigarh
≈ 8–9 hours from ChandigarhDrive or take a cab up the scenic Kullu–Manali highway (NH-3). The Badgran Farmstead sits right on this highway about 14 km before Manali town, so it's the easier of the two to reach if you're self-driving — a one-minute detour and you're there.
03 By air to Bhuntar (Kullu–Manali)
≈ 1 hour drive from the airportKullu–Manali Airport at Bhuntar is roughly 35 km from the Badgran home and about 54 km from Shanag. Flights are limited and weather-dependent, so many guests fly to Chandigarh instead and drive up. Our desk arranges the airport cab either way.

Which is the nearest airport to Manali?
Kullu–Manali Airport at Bhuntar is the nearest, about 35 km and an hour's drive from the Badgran Farmstead. Flights are limited and often weather-affected, so many travellers fly into Chandigarh (about 8–9 hours by road) and drive up the valley instead.
How long is the drive from Delhi to Manali?
Roughly 12–14 hours by road, about 530 km. Most people take an overnight Volvo or self-drive through the night to reach by morning. The last stretch up the Kullu valley is the prettiest part, so an early-morning arrival is worth it.
