Your information, handled simply

When you request a booking or message us, you share details like your name, phone number and travel dates. We use this only to arrange and confirm your stay, and to contact you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.

What we collect

The name, phone number, dates, guest count and any notes you provide in a booking request or enquiry; and, if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, the content of those messages.

How we use it

To confirm availability, arrange your stay, coordinate transport or requests, and stay in touch about your booking. Booking requests may be stored in our reservation system so our hosts can manage them.
